Hayward has been their go-to guy has improved this season. Watch him match up with Klay as that will be the matchup of the night.
Enes Kanter
Coming off a monstrous game with 16 points and 15 rebounds, Kanter finally looks comfortable in the NBA. His game logs show a few duds but for most of the season, he’s been consistent with scoring. He’s shooting the ball well (from the charity stripe and the floor) but he isn’t a looming defensive presence. He has only recorded 3 blocks and 3 steals on the season. Andrew Bogut should have the upper hand in this matchup.

It’ll be hard for the Jazz to win if they don’t have an inside presence. By eliminating Kanter and Favors, the Jazz will depend on the jumpshooting of Hayward, Trey Burke, and Alec Burks. We all know when jumpers are missed, rebounds open up the transition game. The Warriors are incredibly dangerous when they run which can result in alley-oops, layups, or even three pointers.
Defense
The Utah Jazz have a knack to show up for big games. It’s time for the Warriors to show their elite status. They need to get out and grab an early lead versus Utah. The second step would be to push the lead and to keep it out of reach like the Lakers game. Their outstanding offense allowed Kobe Bryant to get 44 points and still maintain the blowout victory. The Jazz have more role players and allowing one person to go off for 44 may spell trouble for the Warriors.
