The NBA pre-season is usually not something to get excited about. The winner and loser don’t matter and you don’t get to see the star players for the entire game. So why go to an NBA pre-season game? Well, the Golden State Warriors have provided an incentive to head to Oracle Arena for some pre-season action. The Warriors have released their full pre-season schedule and will have a total of eight games before the start of the regular season.
The first six games for the Warriors will be on the road, including stops in Los Angeles, Iowa, Missouri, and Texas. The final two pre-season games will be at Oracle Arena, first they host the Los Angeles Clippers and then the Denver Nuggets come to town. While you can’t expect high level basketball for 48 minutes, the Warriors will be giving bobble-heads to the first 10,000 fans in attendance. On October 21st, the Warriors will be giving out an Andre Iguodala bobble-head commemorating his selection to the NBA All-Defensive first team. If you don’t get a chance to make the first game, the Warriors will be giving out a Steph Curry bobble-head that honors his selection to the All-NBA Second team on October 24th when they face the Nuggets.
Make sure you act fast and get your tickets. Bobble-heads make great collectibles that can be passed on for generations. Below you will find the official press release for any further information:
