The Warriors have one final game left in the regular season. They will host the Denver Nuggets at Oracle Arena and they have already locked the top overall seed. Steve Kerr will play his key players, but it’s likely their minutes will be limited.
The Warriors practiced today and they didn’t take it lightly. According to Tom Friend of ESPN, Steph Curry made 77 straight three point shots:
The Golden State Warriors guard and owner of the NBA single-season 3-point record connected on 77 straight 3s in Tuesday’s practice.
Curry told ESPN the 77 represents the most he’s ever made in a row. Out of 100 shots taken during the session, he made 94.
77 in a row? That’s absolutely insane to think about, let alone accomplish. It is no secret that Curry is one of the best shooters of all time and when it is all set and done, he might go down as the best ever.
On top of making all those triples in a row, he also made 94 out of 100. He shot 94 percent from long distance. Just when you thought Curry couldn’t surprise you, he pulls this off. What will he have in store tomorrow?
Below is a video provided by ESPN, it shows Curry hitting some of the 94 triples he hit today.
