The Warriors continue to earn victories and it’s not getting old anytime soon. The Warriors are showing that they can win games in multiple ways and role players like Marreese Speights have helped carry the team on nights the Splash Brothers have been off their game a bit. This formula has helped the Warriors win 12 games in a row and it could be the difference come playoff time.
Draymond Green was outstanding last night, but what was more surprising was his shooting beyond the arc. Green went 7 for 13 from long distance and he shot better that Klay Thompson and Steph Curry. They went a combined 3 for 13; Green’s production was key for them to grab the win in Chicago.
After the game, Klay Thompson announced the Splash Brothers had welcomed a new member to the “Splash” family.

When you shoot better than both Splash Brothers combined, that’s definitely a good way to enter the elite shooting world of the Curry and Thompson. Green has really developed his shooting stroke and has become a real threat from three point land. Green is due a contract at the end of the summer and his adding this facet to his game makes him even more valuable.
Green is another player that is capable of putting the team on his back and carry the scoring load on any given night. Yesterday against the Chicago Bulls, Green did just that. He finished the game with 31 points, 7 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 blocks. Quite the stat line for the Michigan State Spartan alumni.
