Holiday was used sparingly and rarely saw playing time. Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports has reported an agreement between the Atlanta Hawks and Holiday:

Golden State did not extend the qualifying offer thus making Holiday an unresitrcted free agent but the Warriors were interesting in bringing him back for cheaper. The journey man is the older brother of Jrue Holiday. After playing four years at the University of Washington, he was undrafted in 2011. At least his one season with the Warriors came with a championship run. Holdiay appeared in 59 games and averaged 4.3 points in about 11.1 minutes per game.
