With the season over, the award ceremonies have rolled in. Last week the ESPYs were held in Los Angeles and that was followed by the Kid’s Choice Awards. Steph did pretty well and walked away with the best male athlete at both shows. Unfortunately, the players felt that James Harden deserved the MVP.

With a full game’s worth of stats, Harden is a comparable choice. Luckily and unluckily for Steph, he didn’t have to play in the fourth quarter much. His minutes were kept down as the full squad was able to contribute. With all the rest, he wasn’t able to stat pad and add numbers.
While Charles Barkley complains about the fans and their passion for the Warriors, the Dubs were able to secure the Best Home Court Advantage award at the first ever NBA Player’s Award:

Often regarded as the hardest arena to play in, the Oracle Arena is also known as the Roaracle. The fans always fill the stadium and cheer on their beloved Dubs. It’ll be hard to see the Warriors move across the Bay but the fan base will follow. For those wondering, the show will be hosted on BET at 8:00 PM. With the NBA players finally having a voice it’s interesting to see their true opinions.
