The best rivalry in the NBA is between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers. Tonight, they meet for the last time this season and although the Warriors have already locked up the number one seed, this game should still have a playoff intensity.
Unfortualtely, the Warriors will be without one of their key players. According to Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group, Draymond Green will not play today against the Clippers:
Steve Kerr on Draymond Green being out vs. Clippers: “If this meant anything, we would play him.”

While this game will still be highly contested, the Warriors have the post-season to worry about. They cannot afford to have any injuries and their sole focus is heading into the playoffs with momentum.
Green seems to be dealing with sore shins, which could be a real pain to play with. Since they can afford to give the players the rest they need, Steve Kerr opted to give Green the night off. If this was a playoff game, Green would definitely play, so that’s good news for fans who were concerned with Green’s injury.
