The celebration won’t stop until the Warriors are out of the running to repeat. As long as they can secure Draymond Green, they have a great young core with the ability to create a dynasty. Right now basketball is focused on free agency and baseball is in the midst of their 162 game season.

Like Marreese Speights, Harrison Barnes and Festus Ezeli will be the next Warriors players to throw out the ceremonious first pitch. Speights threw the pitch in front of the Tampa Bay Rays fans in his home state of Florida. Now, Barnes and Ezeli will get to pitch in front of their Oakland fans:
These first pitches are a slam dunk! @hbarnes & @fezzyfel throw first pitches tomorrow & Sunday. #GreenCollar pic.twitter.com/569jIyUJt0

A’s and Warriors fans will get a treat to see Barnes on the mound Thursday and Ezeli on Sunday. On Thursday, the A’s will take on the Colorado Rockies and Sunday versus the Seattle Mariners. Barnes was already seen hooping at Mosswood Park in Oakland and seems to truly enjoy his time in the Bay Area.
Imagine trying to hit a pitch from the 7-foot Ezeli. Pitchers had a hard time hitting against Randy Johnson who was 6-foot-10 himself. Either way, throwing out the first pitch is a great honor and these guys will definitely want to throw a strike or else they’ve be hearing it from Speights all season long.
