For those old enough to remember the original NBA Inside Stuff with Ahmad Rashad, that Saturday morning show will always have a special place in your hearts. Remember, back then we didn’t have Twitter or Facebook, so if we wanted inside access, NBA Inside Stuff would provide a light and fun perspective.
Now, the show continues to be a hit, but with a different host. Kristen Ledlow and Grant Hill are the current hosts of the show, but quite frankly, nobody will ever be better than Rashad.
One particular Warrior will at least try. According to NBA TV, Andre Iguodala will join Ledlow as a host for the Jan 7th edition of Inside Stuff:
Andre Iguodala of the Golden State Warriors – the 2015 NBA Finals MVP – will serve as co-host alongside Kristen Ledlow on an all-new episode of NBA Inside Stuff on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 4 p.m. ET on NBA TV. In the episode, Ledlow and Iguodala discuss the Warriors exciting start to the season. Additionally, Iguodala’s teammate Draymond Green will be featured in a segment called Playlist that goes in-depth with players on their favorite pre-game music, food and fashion.
Iguodala is known was one of the smartest and well spoken players in the NBA, so it will be interesting to see him as a host of Inside Stuff. In addition to hosting, Iguodala will have a segment with teammate Draymond Green, where they will discuss everything from fashion to music.
The Warriors will be off on Saturday, so the whole team should get a chance to watch their teammate host the historic Inside Stuff. For those of you who have never seen it or have been living under a rock, the show airs every Saturday at 1PM on NBA TV.
