The Warriors continue their road trip and will head to Orlando to face the Magic. This is the third game of the five game road trip. Last night, Stephen Curry exploded for 40 points and shot the lights out against the other Florida team. If the Warriors can grab the victory over the injury plagued Magic, their win streak will extend to seven games.

The Orlando Magic got walloped by LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in their last contest. Looking to rebound, the Magic may have to play without Tobias Harris for the third straight game. Harris is nursing a calf injury. Their leader Nikola Vucevic will cause the most problems for the Warriors. He leads the team in scoring and rebounding.
Players To Watch
Victor Oladipo
Oladipo missed the team’s first nine games but returned in hopes to turn the team around. Since his return they have been a decent 3-4. The sophomore provides scoring and 100% effort. He still continues to show signs of rust but looks to get back into form. Last season, he was nominated to the All-Rookie 1st Team. We’ll see him match up with Klay Thompson around the perimeter.
Nikola Vucevic
He’s the focal point of the team. His efforts in and out keep the Magic in games. The walking double double monster is also a great shooter. From the free throw line he is averaging nearly 80%. He’s great are rebounding on the offensive end and usually converts for second chance points. In his career high 33 points, he also grabbed 17 rebounds with 11 of those on offense. Andrew Bogut and the Dubs big men will have their hands full with Vucevic on the floor.
Keys To Victory
No Funny Business
These NBA teams can not be taken for granted. The Warriors tend to play down to their competition and dig their own grave. They’ve been good enough on offense to save themselves but they can’t keep doing it. It’ll be important to get the role players involved since this is the second game of the back-to-back.
Defense and Hustle
The Warriors can lose this game if they don’t come out with intensity and effort. The Magic have nothing to lose as they’ll always be underdogs to elite teams. Yes, Golden State may be young but they also can show tired legs. Nobody in the starting five played less than 31 minutes with both “Splash Brothers” playing 37 each.
