6. Eric “Sleepy” Floyd
We all witnessed Klay Thompson drop 37 points against the Sacramento Kings just a few games ago, Floyd did something similar in the postseason. In 1987, Floyd scored a record-setting 29 points in a quarter against the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Semi-Finals. He ended up with 51 points and helped lead the Warriors to their lone victory in the series.
Floyd was originally drafted by the New Jersey Nets in 1982, but played for the Warriors later in his career. He was an All-Star once in his career. He made the team in 1987 after becoming a star player for Golden State. The shoot-first high soring point guard did not have as much success anywhere else in his career.
all good guards, but we need better backup guards for 2015. Why not steal Langston Galloway or sign Delonte West?
