Davis will go down as one of the best point guard dunkers, ever. He didn’t have blazing speed and his knees were banged up when he joined the Warriors, but his athleticism was still off the charts. He played with swagger on the court and put many big men on posters.
The most famous dunk in Warriors history just might be Davis destroying Andrei Kirilenko in the 2007 postseason. Bob Fitzgerald and Jim Barnett had an amazing call to match the moment. Sadly, the Warriors went on to lose the series. But fans remember the dunk as one of the best moments in franchise history.
