Steph Curry will play in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals. The Warriors need him if they want to advance and meet the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

The fact that Curry is playing after that frightening fall is surprising, but not for the MVP. Curry is special and like the greats before him, nothing will stop him from reaching the ultimate goal.
Curry should be back to normal tonight, but you will see something different in Game 5. According to J.A. Adande of ESPN, Curry will be wearing a sleeve to protect his right elbow:
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry wore a sleeve on his right arm to protect an elbow injury during the team’s shootaround Wednesday morning and is expected to wear the sleeve in Game 5 of the Western Conference finals, a reminder of the lingering damage from the harrowing spill he took during Game 4.
Curry has never worn a sleeve in his career, so it might take some time to adjust. Let’s not forget he is the best shooter in the planet and a sleeve is not going to affect his quick release and magnificent stroke.
Curry wore the sleeve the last two days, so he’s had a chance to get used to it and put up hundreds of shots. The Warriors need to make sure they put away the Rockets tonight. The Cavs already punched their ticket to the Finals and the Warriors do not want to give them more time to prepare.
If Curry is still feeling the lingering issues caused by that fall, he can use all the rest he can get.
