Monta is a great player. I don’t think he is a defensive liability, he plays better defense than Steph. Why would we want to trade our best player? The team isn’t winning but I don’t think that can be placed entirely on Monta. A backcourt of Monta and Klay sounds good. Trade Steph for an all star 3 or 5. The point is that the team will be much more exciting if Monta stays and they bring in an all star big man. Don’t trade him. OR keep all three guards and bring in an all star big through free agency. The only flaw in Monta’s game is passing and turnovers.

Trading Monta is dumb, both he and Curry proved it could work last year. I saw on Bleacher Report that Igoudala for Wright and Biedrins is possible, I say do that, plus we need to develop Tyler…with good training he could be the consistent double-souble we need, hopefully without the behavior problems Cousins has…

At this point, Golden State has to trade Monta Ellis, his name has been floated in too many rumors.
