The Golden State Warriors have seven games remaining and embark on a four game roadtrip in Dallas. They will be regaining a vital piece as Draymond Green is back from his shin injury in which he missed three games. The Dubs will look to extend their current 11 game win streak to 12. Dallas will be without Chandler Parsons who has missed 3 of the 4 head to head match ups. The Mavs are currently in seventh place in the ultra competitive Western Conference
1st Quarter
The Warriors got off to a great start today in Dallas. There was a scary moment where Steph Curry looked shaken up, but he was able to recover. The Dubs got off to an 12-3 lead and the arena was quiet. The Splash Brothers had five points each in the first three minutes. The Mavs fought back and went on a 9-0 run to tie the game at 12. Curry responded with a splash from long distance and the Dubs went on a 7-0 run. The Mavs kept fighting to take back the lead, but the Warriors were able to hold them off. Golden State was up 26-24 after the first period.

2nd Quarter
The scoring picked up at the start of the second quarter. Andre Iguodala hit a triple to give the Warriors a three point lead. After tying the game at 31, the Mavs cooled off and the Warriors regrouped. A Draymond Green layup gave the Dubs a five point game, but the Mavs tied the game midway through the quarter. Triples from Green and Leandro Barbosa gave the Warriors a five point lead. The Warriors were clicking offensively, so they pushed the lead up to nine. Another Klay triple and an Iguodala slam gave the Warriors the biggest lead of the game. The Mavs were going into the half down eight, but Marreese Speights hit a long three to end the half and the Warriors were up 59-48.

3rd Quarter
Back to back triples from Klay Thompson to start the second half gave the Warriors a 15 point lead. The Warriors kept pushing the ball and the lead only kept growing. Dirk Nowitzki was trying to keep the Mavs in the game, so he was aggressive offensively. He had nine points in the first half of the quarter and although the Warriors were up, the defecit was now manageable. The Mavs got it to single digits, but just when you thought the Warriors were going to relinquish this lead, Iguodala scored seven points in a row. The lead was once double digits with one quarter left in the game.

4th Quarter
Iguodala was hot in the third quarter and that didn’t change to start the fourth. The Mavs kept trying to go on a run, but the Warriors always had a response. The second unit played very well for the Dubs. Iguodala has been playing really well as of late and that didn’t change today. Speights hit a triple, giving him two for the game. At this point, it was just about running out the clock. The teams traded baskets, but the lead was safe. Both teams had their second units
