Most free agents held interviews and met with potential teams. Anthony Davis led the way and was the first to sign an extension while a few other players signed deals. According to Marc J. This is a scary feeling for the Warriors fans. Green was a tremendous and vital part of the team. Often regarded as a player who wasn’t big enough or good enough, Green was able to shun the haters. When his offensive game was lacking, he was able to show off his value by defending multiple positions; his energy gave the team what it needed to get over the hump.
As a prized commodity, Green has a minimum of five teams interested in him. The Warriors still have leverage. Since Green is a restricted free agent, the Warriors will have the final decision on matching any offer sheet.
