As the Warriors prepare to take on the Portland Trail Blazers, we want to make sure you have all the up to minute news leading up to the game. The Warriors travel to Portland for their second road game of the season and they will be looking to stay undefeated. Unfortunately, they will be doing it without David Lee who will miss his third consecutive game.
David Lee out tonight

Lee suffered a hamstring injury in the final pre-season game. Draymond Green has been filling in for in the starting line-up and has averaged 10.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. While Green has been a nice replacement, Lee brings another dynamic to the offense. Luckily for the Warriors, it looks like Lee is coming back soon:
Warriors power forward David Lee said he’s feeling better and is aiming to return to the lineup for Wednesday’s game vs. the Clippers.

The Warriors could really use him against the Clippers’ front line. Festus Ezeli is still under a minute restriction, so they could really use another big body:
Steve Kerr said he will limit minutes of Ezeli, Livingston and Rush tonight. He’d like to limit more guys in the team’s first back-to-back.

The Warriors are not as healthy as they had hoped, but the back-court has been impressive. Thompson will look to continue to stay hot after setting a new career high with 41 points last night.
