The Warriors have been spectacular to watch in the eight game NBA pre-season. The new head coach Steve Kerr experimented and made some changes to the line up to adjust from injuries. With Shaun Livingston recovering from his toe surgery, the second unit was missing a ball handler. Kerr turned to Andre Iguodala and he has excelled in that role. With that finally over, fans await the Warriors regular season opener in Sacramento. Now, Kerr has a major decision to make.

His dilemma revolves around the decision whether to reinsert Iguodala into the starting five or to keep him coming off the bench as he could arguably be the NBA’s best sixth man. According to Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group, Kerr may be leaning towards bringing Iguodala off the bench:
Steve Kerr: "From that standpoint, you could call me an idiot" as he still seems to be leaning toward Andre Iguodala being the sixth man.

In the pre-season, Iguodala came off the bench as Harrison Barnes started games. Iggy’s energy was contagious with those on the floor with him. A few of the Warriors can probably vouch that he makes their second unit that much better.
After missing 18 months, Festus Ezeli found himself on the floor with Iguodala. In Ezeli’s first game back, Iggy would find Ezeli for open looks at the basket. Ezeli’s spectacular alley-oop dunk came off an Iguodala lob. Then there’s the newest Warrior Justin Holiday, Iguodala did a great job distributing and finding Holiday for open three-point shots and alley-oop dunks too.
