Draymond Green has always been one with unlimited passion and heart. As seen on the court, he shows his heart is just as big off the court. He earned his next contract and got paid in the offseason. Money hasn’t changed him, he’s not turning his back on his roots. Always being true, Draymond has donated $3.1 million to his school.
Michigan State University has acknowledged the donation as the largest single gift to the MSU athletics from a former MSU student-athlete. Named in his honor, you can find the Draymond Green Strength and Condition Center at the Jack Breslin Student Event Center:

The money will also endow scholarships and emphasize the importance of education. In a video with Bleacher Report’s Uninterrupted, he stresses both terms in the student-athlete title.
From his rookie contract to his five-year-$82 million deal, Green inspires us all. In 2012, Green was selected with the 35th overall pick and looked unlikely to become this successful. Entering his fourth season, Green has done everything possible to prove the doubters wrong.
