The Drew League is only a Pro-Am League and obviously wasn’t televised. It took a few days but Hoops Mixtape dropped a video highlighting the play between the two top shooting guards:
This was Harden’s second game with LAUNFD while Klay played with C.A.B.C for the first time. Thompson’s squad would go down in a 78-81 defeat but everybody had a great time. Harden finished with 15 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists while Klay’s stats weren’t posted.
In the video, Thompson is shown doing what he does best, splashing threes. He also makes a handful of nice passes and got his teammates involved. Watch the video until the end and guess what happens!
