Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson helped the United State Men’s National team claim the FIBA World Cup in 2014. That was renamed from the FIBA World Championship after 2010. In that tournament, the Splash Brothers were able to contribute and to claim gold medals.
The mini camp invites the best talents from the NBA. 34 players are expected to head to the camp to train and earn their spot. The Warriors are well represented as Harrison Barnes and Draymond Green enter the race:
After seeing the 34 players taking part in the #USABmnt minicamp, which players would make your 12-man roster? pic.twitter.com/gmAA0bWMWg

The US will always boast talent good enough to medal. Anytime their medal isn’t gold, it’s a disappointment. Preparing for next summer, the Rio 2016 Olympics are right around the corner. The four Warriors may have a bit more to offer, after all, they did win the NBA championship by playing team basketball.
Steph is already a shoo-in. The reigning MVP has a game that’s unique and difficult to defend. Green would be huge in international play. With his ability to guard a variety of positions and his versatility on offense, he could definitely work in the system.
Thompson is regarded as one of the best two way players and there’s Harrison Barnes who always shows up for the big games. His athleticism and ability to hit the jumper may be pleasing to the coaching staff but there’s a ton of other players who can do the same. He will need to shine brighter than ever to crack this roster. At the very least, experiences and bonds will be built.
