The Warriors didn’t have their best offensive performance in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. With the exception of Klay Thompson, the Warriors had trouble running the offense and rarely had any easy looks.

Steph Curry in particular was not his normal self. He finished the game with 19 points, 6 rebounds and five assists. The MVP missed a lot of shots. Curry shot 5 for 23 from the field and out of the 15 three pointers he took, only two of them went in.
Curry is considered one of the greatest shooters this sport has ever seen, which is why it’s so surprising to see Curry struggle. According to Marcus Thompson of the Bay Area News Group, Curry doubts he will shoot this poorly again:
Curry: “I doubt this will happen again.”

It was a heartbreaking loss for the Warriors after they successfully mounted a comeback to force overtime. You kept hoping for them to have one of their patented runs where they would quickly score 8 to 10 points, but it never happened.
The Warriors could not get over the hump and it was partly due to Curry’s inability to knock down shots. The Warriors never got into a good rhythm offensively and the Cavs were simply better down the stretch.
People need to remember that this is only one game and it’s very likely that we won’t see Curry shoot this poorly again in this series. Curry understands what is at stake and will need to get off to a fast start in Game 3.
If Curry just has a bad night instead of the worst shooting night of his career, the Warriors win easily in regulation.
BeccaLeigh is hilarious
Curry is an excellent open shot maker. Delly made it tough but Curry has been deminishing since the fall. it will take another bad straight performance for Kerr to realize it. Curry is hurt, he hides it but his numbers are exposing his secret.
He’s probably gonna be the only one that doubts he’ll ever shoot as bad as he did last night. He’s about to come to Cleveland and after trying to claim that he, not LeBron, would be the first to bring a trophy to Northeast Ohio……they’re about ready to publicly and unanimously disown his ass for that comment.
