The Golden State Warriors are two games away from reaching the NBA Finals. The Rockets will be looking to even the series at two a piece with the following two games in Houston. If the Warriors are able to at least get one game in Houston, they can close out the series in Game 5.

Unfortunately, the Warriors will not be at full strength in Game 3. According to Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle, the Warriors will be without Marreese Speights as he continues to battle a calf injury:
Steve Kerr said reserve forward Mo Speights (right calf) continues to improve, but he won’t be ready to play in tonight’s Game 3.

Speights suffered the calf injury in the series against the Memphis Grizzlies and has not played since Game 3 of that series. Speights has been one of the biggest surprises for the Warriors this season and he provides a potent scoring punch off the bench.
Luckily, the Warriors not only beat the Grizzlies without Speights, but now they have a two game lead over the Rockets. The Warriors arguably have the deepest team in the league, so Speights can take his time to nurse his injury and return to 100 percent.
