The Kevin Love rumors are starting to ramp up again, unfortunately for the Warriors; the newest rumor involves the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Minnesota Timberwolves. As we know, LeBron James has been pretty good at convincing others to come and play with him, sometimes at a discounted price. He didn’t leave Miami for Cleveland alone, he also persuaded former teammates James Jones and Mike Miller to sign with the Caveliers. Although both of those shooters have had a small role in James’ success, his next target is a much more valuable player. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, LeBron has contacted Love about the possibility of combining forces in Cleveland:

Earlier we reported that the Cavs were willing to part with Andrew Wiggins, making this trade a realistic possibility. While Timberwolves’ owner Glen Taylor is still optimistic on having Love stay with the Wolves and play under Flip Saunders, it looks like the Cavs are willing to do whatever it takes to keep their returning superstar happy.

Until more information is released, it is still uncertain if the Warriors are willing to up their ante and add Klay Thompson or any other valuable assets for Love. With Wiggins available to be traded, the Wolves have more leverage and that will force the Warriors’ hand if they truly want the all-star forward.
