No. 12 – Kerr Is Fair When Speaking About The Team’s Successes & Failures
Since arriving at Golden State, Kerr has said all the right things. He knew he was taking over a 50 win team and the players didn’t want to lose Jackson. However, Kerr came in with a great attitude and has earned the respect from his players. They’ve bought in to his system and now they are 21-2.
Kerr ability to praise the team when they’ve done well, but also recognize that there is still room for improvement is crucial for success of this team. The Warriors can’t get complacent, especially in a competitive Western Conference. They need all the wins they can get to try and lock up home-court advantage.
Kerr understands the need to stay hungry and will keep pushing the right buttons as the season moves along.

Great stuff! His ability to substitute is what I am most impressed with. MJax was terrible; he would constantly sub 3 to4 players…no continuity, it drove me crazy!
nellie was a master of this, waiting for a steel cage match with Joey Crawford…
